DESCRIPTION:
Clocks- 2 (Two) Connecticut small 30 hour mahogany shelf clocks, Jerome & Co (New Haven) parlor and Ansonia steeple, C.1870
CONDITION:
The larger time, strike and alarm Jerome, has an old paper dial and fancy pendulum showing some wear. Atop its case is a well-carved lion head, ht 17". The miniature steeple has a label by Ansonia Brass & Copper Co., a hand-done replaced dial, minor veneer edge chips, and a nice old fruit-theme tablet with very minor flaking, ht 15". Both have old finishes in good condition, and movements that may need service.
